Engine

With 1,064 horsepower and 828 lb.-ft. of torque, this small block is a force to be reckoned with. On-engine charge-air coolers and electronically controlled waste gates combine with other engine controls to virtually eliminate turbo lag and deliver more power in less time. A unique cylinder head casting optimizes the intake and exhaust system for the turbocharged application. The flat-plane crankshaft provides the quick high-revving glory of the LT7 engine.

Transmission

Responsive performance is at the core of the 8-speed dual-clutch transmission. Near-instant gear changes are coupled with the variable Drive Style Index, allowing the ZR1X to intelligently anticipate driver input and quickly react with gear holds and downshifts.

Battery

A 1.9 kWh lithium-ion battery electrifies the ZR1 for the first time, powering the electric drive unit that controls the front wheels. Battery energy for the ZR1X was expanded by 26% compared to the E-Ray, enabling more consistent track lapping. The self-charging battery system features integrated power electronics for maximum responsiveness, efficiency and performance.
